We reserve the right to refuse to handle in any way, material which may be deemed offensive, illegal or in any way controversial, and also to terminate the hosting service should the necessity arise.
Website hosting accounts renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis, unless notice is received in writing by email or post no later than 30 days before the renewal date. Renewal dates are made clear on invoices, however the client may request clarification about renewal dates at any time by email info@websolutionsbrighton.co.uk
Failure to pay a renewal invoice will result in suspension of your account after 7 days. Where an invoice remains unpaid for more than 14 days, the account will be scheduled for deletion.
